When will I receive my bats?Most bats ship within 1 - 2 weeks depending on how many orders we have. Fiberglassed handles usually take a little longer to get out as we have to have your bat go through the fiberglass process. Keep in mind once your bat hits our lathes it is no longer cancelable. What is a fiberglass handle/reinforced handle?Our fiberglass handle is a composite sleeve that goes up to about the trademark on the baseball bat. Our fiberglass handles will increase durability to your baseball bat but does not mean it's unbreakable. If you order a fiberglass handle it does add some time to your order process as we have to custom glass your bat. What is express shipping?Express shipping is the time it takes FedEx to delivery your package from the time we ship them, usually it's 3 business days from time of shipment. Normal shipping is 5 business days with FedEx from the time of shipment. How long can personilzation be?Personilzation is limited to 1 line and 20 characters max including spaces. Return/Cancelation PolicyWe make wooden baseball bats that are not under warranty unless otherwise specificed. (VBB w/ Glass and VB-360).
